Notification Law

Notifications to Independent Section Owners:

In cases where the Condominium Law applies (Additional Article 1 - an unnumbered supplementary article introduced by Article 20 of Law No. 3220 dated 6/6/1985, not numbered for sequence), each independent section owner who does not reside in the common property is required to notify the manager in writing of an address in Turkey for notifications related to apartment management and common expenses.

Notifications regarding apartment management and common expenses will be sent to this address. If the independent section owner fails to provide an address or if notification cannot be delivered to the provided address, all subsequent notifications will be made to the person actually residing in the relevant independent section.

A copy of the notification will be posted on the announcement board at the apartment entrance. A notification made in this way to the person actually residing in the independent section shall be considered as having been made to the independent section owner.
